UEM Land to spend RM14j


Kuala Lumpur: UEM Land Bhd (UEM Land) allocates capital expenditure (CapEx) reached RM14 million to develop the high-speed broadband service (HSBB), UniFi provided TM Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) involving 4,000 homes in Nusajaya, Johor.
Under the joint venture's business, people in Puteri Harbour, East Ledang, Nusa Idaman Nusa Bayu and the development projects under UEM Land can enjoy free UniFi for 12 or 24 months after the completion of the development three years.
Managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Wan Abdullah Wan Ibrahim said the residents in the area can enjoy UniFi speed at 20Mbps and HyppTV as soon as they moved in..

At the event, represented TM group chief executive officer Datuk Seri Zamzamzairani Mohd Isa. The joint development project included in the total investment value of the project at Malaysia amounting to RM5 billion.
Previously, TM UniFi services in Nusajaya since July 2010 covering over 2,200 premises passed. UniFi is currently available at 10 exchange areas in Johor consists of nearly 80,000 existing premises in pairs including in Skudai, Tampoi, Gelang Patah, Johor Bahru city, Senai and Permas.
